Frank Kelly III
Kelly, a member of the first FCA Lacrosse Team in 1992, played a major role in the founding and growth of the FCA Lacrosse ministry and FCA in Maryland. Kelly was FCA Maryland’s first board chairman, even before a full-time staff member was hired, and went on to serve in that role for 20 years. The CEO of Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc., as well as several other Baltimore-based companies, Kelly chaired the FCA Lacrosse Board for many years and served on FCA’s National Board of Trustees from 1997-2003, and again from 2015 – present.
A former professional lacrosse player (National Lacrosse League’s Baltimore Thunder) and two-sport athlete at Cornell, Kelly coached many FCA youth lacrosse teams, including the 2009 US Lacrosse U15 National Championship Team, and has served as the Development Director for a youth FCA football and cheerleading program in Baltimore City. Known by FCA Maryland staff members as “the ultimate volunteer”, Kelly has started and led huddles, volunteered at many FCA Lacrosse camps, and been a faithful donor to the ministry for many years.
